What an amazing company to work with. Genuine and worth every penny! I got a text on a Monday that the dumpster was being dropped off. Work started Tuesday and was done by the end of Wednesday! I got another text Thursday that the dumpster was being picked up and that was that! They do amazing work and I've heard so much about their reputation in Brevard County. I am over the moon pleased with the work they did, even fixing some old wood panels that had rotted. I highly recommend Patrick Roofing!

Everyone at Patrick Roofing was professional, responsive and helpful throughout the process. They were familiar with the My Safe Florida Home program and worked with us to navigate it. They also accommodated our schedule which included a tight travel schedule and a hurricane. The crew was a well oiled machine. Everything was on schedule and the end result was awesome. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new roof from Patrick Roofing. From the initial meeting to the final touch ups, they were professional, on time and clean. Brian came to our house and explained in detail every step of the process, the materials they would use (and not use) allowing us to know exactly how this was going to happen. Their contract and pricing were straight-forward, easy to understand and made sense. We agreed to a good start date that worked for us and the permit paperwork was handled easily and professionally. The morning they started we were surprised to see a team of 6-8 workers beginning by spreading tarps around the complete perimeter of house including covering the pool. The tarps were taken up and any stray debris was policed carefully every day. (No nails or sharp objects to worry about.) They had our new metal roof 99% complete in 3 days from start to finish. They even sent a painting crew to sand and paint rough and bare wood they found after removing the gutters. All in all, this house project was the best experience of any home improvement projects we have experienced. And with our circa 1964 beachside home, we have had a few. Thank you Brian and Patrick Roofing for making reroofing our forever home a pleasure.
From the first phone call to the completed job, Patrick Roofing is a 5 star company all the way around! I live in North Carolina and I contacted Patrick Roofing on behalf of my parents that reside in Melbourne to get a quote for a new roof on their home and barn. I was contacted promptly by Brian to schedule an appointment. Brian was very thorough in explaining the entire process and if I had any questions, he promptly returned all calls, emails, and text messages. Brian went above and beyond to help me with measurements and photos that I needed for the insurance company. Once my parents chose the shingle color, Scott contacted me to schedule the roof replacement, and he explained when and what would be dropped off at my parents' house. Patrick had called me on a Sunday just to let me know that the material had been dropped off. The following day, the crew showed up on schedule and started removing the old roof. The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. My parents were very impressed with the quality of their work. The new roof looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Patrick Roofing!
Patrick Roofing did an excellent job replacing our hail damaged roof. We were on a very tight timeline because of extenuating circumstances and Brian was able to get everything done on schedule. We also had some challenges with our insurance company that Brian went above and beyond to assist with. The issue with the insurance company has extended well after completion of the roof but Brian has continued to provide resources to help recover funds. Any future roofing work that I need will be handled by Patrick Roofing.
Getting a new roof has been an extremely long painful, frustrating, and expensive process. However, Patrick Roofing was absolutely amazing. There is not enough positive words I can say on how much my family and I appreciated their time, professionalism, and patience through the entire process. without a doubt, we will be repeat customers if needed. They were recommended to us by a friend and I will 110% recommend them to anyone in need of roofing needs. Patrick Roofing took care of our roof and we are glad that we chose them. They are an honest and a dependable roofing company in the area. My next roofing job or any roofing needs I may need or anyone else I know I will refer them to Patrick Roofing. Patrick Roofing put our last roof on (shingles) about 15 years ago and their workmanship and customer service were outstanding. So when it came time to get a new roof we didn’t even bother with estimates from other companies, we knew we wanted Patrick Roofing to do the job. We made the switch from shingles to metal this time and the roof looks great. Another great job by Patrick Roofing!
